Helen Plant
Associate Consultant
Helen was the Clerk at one of the countries largest Parish Councils, Lancing in Sussex for seven years She has extensive experience within the sector. When not skiing Helen lends her expertise in recruitment and all aspects of Local Council support.
Sarah Branson
Office Administrator
Sarah has over 20 years of experience in administration, working in a variety of sectors including local government, HR, Travel and Training. This will enable her to bring a wide range of expertise to assist with the administration and marketing aspects of the business.

David Ashlee
Associate Consultant
David Ashlee, was the Town Clerk at one of the Countries Largest and most innovatove Town Councils , Dunstable for over 16 years after a career in Local Government leading up to Director level. He is expert in Governance and staffing reviews as well as investigations performance reviews and training.

Holder of a first class honours degree in Education and a highly experienced trainer in the voluntary, public and private sectors.
Louise Wagstaff
Associate Consultant

A former Assistant Chief Fire Officer and HR Director, Louise has more than 25 years HR experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors.
Louise has a degree in Public Policymaking and Administration and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. As an independent HR consultant in the public sector since 2020, Louise’s recent projects include team redesign and job design, workplace investigations and reviews.
Peter Finnis
Associate Consultant
Peter was a Chief Officer on the Corporate Management Team for both Eastbourne Borough Council and Lewes District Council in charge of governance and democracy. He was also the statutory Monitoring Officer in charge of standards and ethics. He took early retirement in October 2020 having completed over 40 years service in Local Government. Peter has extensive experience in Local Democracy and Codes of Conduct, strategy, structures, management, training and investigations.
Geoff Johnson
Planning Associate Consultant
With over 35 years working as a Planning Solicitor in local government and private practice until retirement in 2013 Geoff is part of the team to provide expert advice on any issues that may arise with regard to planning.
